Specialized six-month program for 33 managers of Darnytsya pharmaceutical company kicked off.  The program is tailored to upgrade the marketing skills of the management team.

Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyiv president opened the program and welcomed the participants. She said that the international dimension of business required the most up-to-date skills.

- We included the MarkStrat simulation in the curriculum. The simulation was developed by INSEAD, the French school. At MIM-Kyiv faculty with special training teaches the MarkStrat based course. Marketing is a true driver of any business growth and entering new markets. I believe that only successful marketers can teach marketing. MIM-Kyiv, as a private educational institution is a good example of such a success. From the very beginning, it has not had any funding from the government. Moreover, it was MIM-Kyiv that started the market of business education. We are sure of the quality of our services because we have always been in the business of helping businesses.

MIM-Kyiv only started its collaboration with Darnytsya. It is ranked among the TOP 50 employers in Ukraine by Forbes. “HR development is among the company’s top priorities. We chose MIM-Kyiv because it can offer the level of service and knowledge that meets the needs of our management,” Svitlana Maksymova, marketing director and head of the OTC department said.

- We need a deep and comprehensive program rather than motivation training. We decided on MIM-Kyiv because the school is about the future of our business. We will make our company and each of its departments better. MrkStrat simulation was yet another reason for coming to MIM-Kyiv. No other school offered us anything like that. I am sure that our company will improve as a result of the program.
