<h6>Uniqueness of the program:</h6>
Comprehensive development of leadership competencies: the program covers a wide range of topics: from strategic thinking and project management to personal effectiveness and principles of female leadership. This approach makes it possible to form comprehensively skilled leaders who are able to effectively solve complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
Practical orientation: special attention is paid to the implementation of individual projects by the participants, which allows you to immediately apply the acquired knowledge in practice and solve real business tasks or social initiatives.
Integration of international experience: cooperation with IMD allows for the integration of advanced international experience and educational methods, taking into account the specifics and needs of the Ukrainian context. This ensures the high quality of the program and its compliance with current global trends in the field of leadership and management.
Mentoring and coaching: the program provides individual coaching sessions with experienced mentors from IMD, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the educational material and more effective development of leadership skills.

<h6>IMD's Courses </h6>
Complex Problem Solving Program - a 5-week (around 6 hours per week) program on strategic decision making and applying this to complex and fast-moving environments. It is give you tools to lead more important and difficult projects. 
Strategic Thinking Program - an 8-week (around 6 hours per week) program built around understanding the biggest strategic issues facing organization. It is practical with 3 company applied assignments and built around leveraging organizational resources and capabilities. You will be coached throughout all program by IMD faculty.
Resilient Leadership Sprint – a 2-weeks (1-2 hours per day) sprint with 5 live classes.  You will have a evidence-based techniques and toolkit to best manage your physiology and mental state. You will develop with your action recovery plan to reduce stress, build resilience and truly thrive and the best leader in difficult circumstances.
Business Creativity and Innovation Sprint – a 2-weeks (1-2 hours per day) sprint with 5 live classes. You will have a step-by-step roadmap taking you from idea to action. This includes valuable insights and a practical toolkit from changemakers and innovators in business, design, sports and science that you can easily adapt to your context.

Group projects within the program play a crucial role in developing teamwork and collective leadership among female participants. Providing the opportunity to jointly develop and implement projects aimed at solving real challenges in business, society or the field of public administration, this approach deepens the understanding of the importance of synergy, mutual assistance and the distribution of responsibilities in a team. Working on group projects helps improve the skills of effective communication, consensus decision-making, and collective problem solving, which are key to successful leadership. The presentation of group projects in front of the expert commission not only allows you to get valuable feedback, but also demonstrates the ability of the participants for collective work and leadership, opening new perspectives for further professional and personal development

previous experience in the fields of leadership, project management, leading initiatives or participation in public actions, which demonstrates the ability of candidates to lead and solve complex tasks (at least 3 years of relevant experience)

Experience confirming leadership qualities:

the presence of significant professional achievements that testify to a high level of competence and dedication to the chosen field of activity

Professional achievements:

female candidates must be ready to actively participate in all program activities and apply the acquired knowledge for the development of their projects and initiatives

Readiness for active participation and learning:

a necessary level of English language skills, which will allow you to communicate with international teachers without obstacles

The selection of participants will be based on the analysis of submitted questionnaires and motivational letters, which will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

The most motivated candidates who are open to development and change and who have the potential to become leaders of the new generation in Ukraine will be selected to participate in the program

Mid-term program assists in mastering managerial tools and implementing strategies professional and personal transformation
