Women Leadership Program

Program is a unique educational initiative aimed at supporting and developing women leaders in Ukraine in the context of martial law and post-conflict reconstruction

MIM Business School

International Institute for Management Development

The role of women in society is undeniably expanding, and this trend is evident on a global scale. In Ukraine, this evolution is further propelled by the ongoing conflict. It's clear that women will assume increasingly significant roles in business, government, and the public sector. Our program is uniquely positioned to address both Ukrainian realities and incorporate the finest international practices. We firmly believe that our training will serve as a catalyst and a source of support for our participants during these challenging times
