MIM Business School is launching a strategic partnership with the Academy of Management (AOM) in the United States - one of the most influential international professional communities in the field of management. AOM brings together over 21,000 members in 120 countries, including leading professors, researchers, and practiti oners who shape global trends in management science and strengthen its impact on business and society.
The partnership with AOM is an important step not only for the MIM Business School but also for the development of the Ukrainian academic community as a whole. It provides access to modern scientific practices, global research methodologies, and innovative educational approaches, while also deepening Ukraine’s integration into the global academic community.
Iryna Tykhomyrova, President of the MIM Business School, noted:

It provides access to unique expertise and represents a significant contribution to the development of the Ukrainian academic community during wartime, when support from international partners is particularly crucial.
