MIM Business School is pleased to present a fully-fledged colorful publication in which we share the events, achievements, and stories of our students and alumni. The ReinFORCEment Impact Report 2024-2025 is not just a report, but a story about the power of a community that never stops, even in the most challenging times.
Iryna Tykhomyrova, President of MIM Business School:

“Publishing our annual report has become a cherished tradition that we uphold and continue, despite all the difficulties and challenges of the present day. And once again, we are focusing on what matters most - the strength that sustains us and helps us move forward.
This report is not just a list of the year’s achievements and results. It is a story of strength and resilience that we build every day together with our faculty, students, alumni, and partners.
So let’s take action, keep working, and move forward without stopping!”

This year, a new word has been added to the report’s title: ReinFORCEment. For many years now, the MIM Business School’s strategy has been based on three core principles: Internationalization, Innovation, and Integration. But the war has brought about some changes. And so we’ve added a fourth “I” - ReInforcement.
At first, it was about strengthening: Ukraine, business, education, and human capital. Later, we saw an even deeper meaning in this - FORCE: the power born of education, unity, knowledge, decisions, and actions - of the community and each of us. It is a force that not only sustains but also propels us forward.
Alisa Zaporozhets, the issue’s editor-in-chief, noted:

“Every year, the Impact Report goes beyond simply recording facts, events, and achievements. It becomes one big story about people who never stop. About teachers, students, and partners who, despite the war, find the strength to teach and acquire new knowledge, to create something valuable, and to develop themselves, their businesses, their country, and even the world! About those who, despite everything, say, “I’m okay!” and support others. And, of course, this year’s edition is yet another confirmation that MIM’s strength lies in its community, which grows even more powerful and united with each passing year!”

The ReinFORCEment Impact Report is now the fourth issue produced during the war.
The evocative cover reflects our state of mind and the quiet question we ask our loved ones, colleagues, students, and partners every time: “How are you?” And, despite everything, we reply, “I’m fine.”
The cover photo, taken in the Nevada desert, is not just an art installation by Ukraine presented by Vitaliy Deynega at a festival in the U.S. It is a powerful symbol - a response to the world: “We will stand firm. We will prevail. Everything will be Ukraine.”
