Women Leadership Program

MIM Business School, in partnership with IMD — ranked first in the world for business education by the Financial Times — announces the opening of applications for the third cohort of the Women Leadership Program, a unique educational programme for Ukrainian women leaders.
This year the programme opens with a distinction: in January 2026 in London, it received the <a href="https://mim.kyiv.ua/news/mim----iedina-ukrayinska-biznes-shkola----peremozhec-amba-bga-excellence-awards-2026" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AMBA &amp; BGA Excellence Awards,</a> recognized as the world's best initiative in the category of culture, diversity, and inclusion. The award confirms the programme's exceptional standard and significance.
Women Leadership Program is a unique educational space for women leaders from across sectors and regions of Ukraine, combining a global perspective on business with the realities of the Ukrainian context. The curriculum focuses on developing management skills under conditions of high uncertainty, building resilient business models and strategies, and equipping future leaders who will drive Ukraine's recovery. The programme also provides mentoring support from leading experts in Ukraine and internationally, in close collaboration with IMD colleagues.

The programme is open to women in senior roles in business, public administration, and the civil sector, as well as women veterans developing their own ventures. Women who are ready to build the future.
Selection is rigorous and conducted by two committees: from MIM Business School and from IMD Business School. For candidates who successfully pass the competitive selection, the participation fee is 10,800 UAH. The remainder of the cost of the programme is covered with support from the Responsible Reconstruction Fund (IMD).
