This time, 110 students joined the program at the MIM Business School, representing nearly every sector of the economy - from IT and agriculture to the service industry.
The program was opened by Iryna Tykhomyrova, President of the MIM Business School, who welcomed the participants to this new stage in their professional development:

“Welcome to the MIM Business School! Today we are launching our new pre-MBA program, and I am proud to say: you are studying at the first business school in independent Ukraine. We have been around for 36 years, and all these years we have been working with business, for business, and alongside business. Without state funding, but with a strong desire to create, support, and develop Ukrainian entrepreneurship.
We have always thought big. At the same time, we are an international school, as we operate according to global standards and hold international accreditations and partnerships that allow us to see the bigger picture. Because Ukrainian business strives for scale. None of us would say, “I don’t want to go beyond Ukraine’s borders.” We all aspire to grow and develop our companies - both in Europe and around the world.
Our program takes all these aspirations and nuances into account. It’s a unique puzzle of various disciplines, activities, and experiences that come together to form a complete picture: how to enter the business world, grow your business, and go global.
And one more thing. You come here as strangers, but you leave as part of the family. I hope you find friends, partners, and like-minded people here - people you can trust and move forward with.
We’ve already had groups of unbreakable individuals - those who studied in 2022. And I really want to be able to say, when you finish your studies: this is a group of winners. And not just because you’ll receive diplomas, but because the world around us will have changed by then. Ukraine will become peaceful, strong, prosperous - and a winner.”

Here are the expectations of students in the pre-MBA program at the MIM Business School:
Tetyana Dolynska, founder of a group of companies and student in the pre-MBA “Finance” program:
“I graduated from MIM in 2015 with an MBA, and by 2016 I was enrolled in the Doctor of Business Administration program, although I never actually wrote or defended my dissertation back then. Now I’m back at MIM - because I have a project that’s the reason I returned to my studies. And I really hope that right after the “Finance” program, I’ll launch this major project and then write my dissertation.”
Olga Sichkar, student in the pre-MBA “Business” program:
“I represent the “EOS” charitable foundation. Our foundation was established in response to the challenges of our time. I have a background in law and have been involved in volunteering for a long time, but I’ve never worked in management or finance. Now we have a large team that needs to be developed - we need to plan expenses and ensure sustainability. That’s exactly why I came to MIM - to gain systematic knowledge and learn how to manage effectively.”
MIM Business School wishes all pre-MBA program participants inspiration and new professional discoveries! May this academic year be a year of personal growth, important ideas, and great endeavors that will eventually become success stories - yours and those of Ukrainian business.
