Reintegration Management Program

The Reintegration Management Program's knowledge will be crucial for rebuilding trust among individuals currently residing in occupied territories. Olha Leontieva, a Melitopol resident displaced by the Russian invasion, embarked on her studies with this aim. Now residing in Zaporizhzhia, she leads the Melitopol Volunteer Group Patriot, an NGO
"I intend to return to Melitopol, confident that the region will be liberated, and I want to contribute as effectively as possible. It will be a transformed place, where restoring infrastructure may prove easier than repatriating people. I've observed weakening social bonds, necessitating trust-building with both those who remained in the occupied area and those who relocated. This will be a challenging endeavor. I see my mission as ensuring a conflict-free return for residents to resume life in Melitopol," remarks Olga.
Notably, on April 12, a cohort of students committed to managerial roles post-liberation of occupied territories commenced their studies at MIM Business School.
The program, supported by USAID's Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative (UCBI), is led by the Office of the President of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and MIM Business School.
