Reintegration Management Program
Training qualified public administrators who have declared their readiness to work in government positions after the liberation of Ukrainian territories

About the Project
After de-occupation in Crimea, there will be virtually no field of activity in which personnel will not become a significant problem. Government bodies, educational institutions, and organizations of all levels and areas will need professional, motivated people. Therefore, high-quality and timely training of personnel will guarantee that the state and the residents of Crimea pass through the stabilization period, which will have a positive impact on building a sustainable peace.

Organizational Management
Within six months, we plan to train at least one hundred administrators who will receive an effective and systematic toolkit to work efficiently in their positions. We have experience training senior officer personnel, we created a program for Ukroboronprom, we implemented the "School of Mayors" project, as well as the MBA in Public Administration program. Our graduates lead key Ukrainian military aid foundations. And that is why we are confident that the knowledge gained from us helps make better management decisions that work for the future
