“Healthcare system is undergoing serious change. Our business school is helping our helpers to cope with nowadays challenges,” Oleksiy Vynogradov, MIM’s vice president said in his speech at the certificate awarding ceremony for the employees of the Medicover and the Lisod, private medical institutions. Medical doctors who start running healthcare institutions or launch their own practices need to understand the fundamentals of finance, marketing, management or business processes. “The program is exactly what our physicians need. It is understandable, non-business person friendly and fast,” Ruslan Chervakl, Chief Medical Officer of the Intersono owned by the MEDICOVER, the largest private reproduction hospital in the Western Ukraine. “Projects presented during the program is going to be implemented.” Exchanging experience with the peers from different hospitals promoted team work which was highly appreciated by the team participants. “We came here for knowledge and we got it,” Mariana Svichuk, managing director of the Intersono hospital said. “However, we received so much more than that!
