The <a href="https://mim.kyiv.ua/en/programs/pre-MBA_biznes">Pre-MBA Business</a> program, starting on October 29, not only helps to organize knowledge but also provides practical application on a daily basis, according to Alina Shukh, COO of Smart Family Office, a financial consulting firm for individuals, private investor, a Chartered Financial Investor (CFI), world champion, and junior athletics record holder. She is also a current student of the Pre-MBA Business program. Alina finds the atmosphere at MIM inspiring, motivating her continuous growth, and the intensive learning format perfectly aligns with her needs. Through MIM, she has enhanced her experience by acquiring new knowledge, skills, and tools that propel her forward in business.
Alina shared her feedback:
"As an athlete, I've had the opportunity to pursue multiple educational paths, including abroad. This has allowed me to compare educational experiences between Ukraine and the United States. When I started at MIM, I was not just surprised, but very pleasantly surprised. I'm currently completing the Pre-MBA Business program and keep thinking that I don't want my studies to end. I truly enjoy the MIM atmosphere and love attending the in-person classes at the Business School.
I transitioned from sports to financial and investment consulting, where I primarily relied on my own experience. Eventually, I realized I needed to structure my knowledge and establish a foundation on which to build further. That’s when I started exploring business education options available in Ukraine. I chose MIM because the format of the Pre-MBA Business program, a medium-term course with intensive training, was a perfect fit. This program has fully met my expectations. After almost every class, I can immediately apply what I've learned in my professional work, implementing various management tools in practice. For example, during a recent controlling course, we were given tasks to complete. Instead of just following the instructions, I applied all the formulas directly to my work. The value of the Pre-MBA Business program at MIM is that it is truly modern, practical, and effective. I'm even considering pursuing a long-term program like the MBA now."
