Oleksandr Zaporozhets, a distinguished alum of the <a href="https://mim.kyiv.ua/en/programs/pre-MBA_biznes">Pre-MBA Business</a> program (2023) and currently serving as the Head of Crisis and Reputation Management at Truman Agency, generously shares his insightful journey at MIM:
"The business education imparted by MIM is transformative, fostering a holistic understanding of management practices. Even during my tenure in the Pre-MBA Business program, I found myself seamlessly integrating newfound knowledge and skills into my professional endeavors.
As someone with a background in humanities, the acquisition of hard skills through courses in management accounting, economics, and tax planning proved indispensable. The Management Game, a hallmark of the MIM experience, afforded me the opportunity to immerse myself in the intricacies of running a business. From devising marketing strategies to navigating production logistics and making pivotal decisions regarding international expansion, it was a captivating and instructive exercise.
Equally significant was the process of crafting and defending business plans, alongside supporting my peers in their graduation projects. Each endeavor spanned diverse sectors, offering a multifaceted perspective on business development and innovation. Witnessing the fruition of classmates' entrepreneurial ventures, some initiated during our time at MIM, has been particularly gratifying.
Beyond the academic realm, networking assumes paramount importance. Interacting with accomplished professionals across various domains not only enriches one's understanding of business but also fosters meaningful connections. Such exchanges imbue participants with invaluable insights, augmenting their grasp of the broader business landscape.
While the hybrid format, blending in-person and virtual elements, offers convenience, I wholeheartedly endorse the in-person experience. The synergy fostered in live classes, coupled with informal interactions with peers and instructors, adds depth to the learning journey."
