Yulia Pavlenko, Director of International Operations at Ukrposhta: 
Obtaining a business education at MIM was truly a turning point in my life. Our group was exceptionally motivated, allowing nothing to deter us, not even quarantine or the war. Those who inquired about our studies were amazed by our unwavering group dynamics. My main takeaways from this experience are the valuable connections, a systematic knowledge base, and the confidence that goals can be achieved in Ukraine. These two years have solidified my belief that no task is too formidable to solve. The SE MBA program has instilled in me the notion that anything is possible. Its structured framework has proven invaluable in our daily work, particularly amidst the challenges of the war in Ukraine. An MBA acts as a measuring tool, offering a sense of guidance. Additionally, being surrounded by like-minded individuals enables us to learn from their actions and decision-making, further enriching our growth.

These past two years have been an incredibly impactful and enriching experience, allowing me to consolidate and systematize the knowledge I obtained before MIM. Additionally, I have gained a plethora of new knowledge and skills, all thanks to our esteemed faculty members who generously shared their unique experiences and valuable cases with us. I am particularly grateful to Prof. Holov, whose course helped us to successfully implement management accounting in our company. This essential tool has significantly enhanced our business management efficiency. Overall, I can confidently say that thanks to the training, any challenges that arise are now tackled with greater ease and speed.
